Live-Online-Training: Me and My Global Team
How to clarify expectations for productive and trustful teamwork
Global organisations are increasingly sending employees to other countries which creates cultural diversity within work teams. Working in such global teams is not always easy.
Expectations and ideas about responsibilities may vary when a team has a cross-cultural mix of individuals. When you do not know what others expect from you and how to respect individual preferences, misunderstandings and conflicts are inevitable.
In order to succeed in such cross-cultural settings, you have a definite advantage if you are able to better understand the expectations and needs of your managers and team members.
After this training, you will be able to clarify your roles for productive and trustful teamwork. With this intercultural competence you can operate confidently in a global team.
