Live-Online-Training: Overcoming Language and Cultural Barriers
Understanding each other in intercultural and remote settings
When it comes to understanding each other in an intercultural environment and building relationships in virtual spaces, it is not the perfect use of the (foreign) language that is decisive. It is the different perspectives and habits we need to consider. Therefore, it is important to get a picture of the other person’s point of view, to understand the cultural background and to find out which influencing factors are significant for the other person.
In this training, you will become more sensitized about the importance of communication in an intercultural and remote setting. You will become familiar with communication styles from different cultural backgrounds and get to know how to use different questioning techniques in these settings.
